Brand new in box, manufacturer's seals intact. (Note: Warranty may not be valid)

NEW

Unused condition. Product may have been opened strictly for quality testing.

GOOD AS NEW

Lightly used and condition looks practically like new.

LIGHTLY USED

Used with care and preserved in well-kept, clean condition.

HEAVILY USED

The product works great but shows significant signs of everyday wear and tear.

Please contact us before heading down. If your order doesn’t qualify for free shipping, message us for a free shipping/pickup code!

Our online inventory is shared with our physical store. Your order is secured once our team picks the item. If it sells out in-store first, we will inform you.

We strongly encourage customers to collect the item at the store collection. We will notify you if this applies.

We only sell authentic items. If you have any concerns or find any issues with your item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us right away.

Standard local delivery $7 if your order is below $99.

Standard delivery takes 1 to 2 business days and is free for orders $99 and above, while items from multiple locations or Chinatown require up to 5 business days for HQ consolidation.
