Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy - Cash Converters Retail Store

Please note the following guidelines regarding returns:

Eligibility:

* We accept returns for faulty items only.

• The warranty period for electrical products is 30 days from the date of purchase.

• For generic products, the warranty period is limited to 3 days from the date of purchase.

* Options for Returns:

• Exchange: Customers may opt to exchange the faulty item for another item of equal or higher value. If the selected item is of lesser value, we will issue a credit note for the remaining balance.

• Repair: If the item is repairable, we will arrange for it to be repaired.

• Full Refund (If item found non-repairable or non-authentic): Customers have the option to receive a full refund either in the form of a credit note or cash.

*The credit note is valid for 3 months from the issue date.
