Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please note the following guidelines regarding returns and product warranties for our retail store purchases.

Eligibility & Warranty Periods

Please Note: We accept returns for faulty items only. Customers are advised to check their items thoroughly prior to purchase.
  • Faulty Items Only: Returns are strictly limited to items found to be defective or non-functional.
  • Applicable Warranty Windows:
    Electrical Products: 30 Days from date of purchase Generic Products: 3 Days from date of purchase

Options for Returns

OPTION 1

Product Exchange

Customers may opt to exchange the faulty item for another item of equal or higher value. If the selected replacement item is of a lesser value, we will issue a credit note for the remaining balance.

OPTION 2

Product Repair

If the faulty item is deemed repairable by our team, we will take responsibility and arrange for it to be repaired and restored to proper working condition.

Full Refund Policy

In the event that the item is explicitly found to be non-repairable or non-authentic, customers have the option to receive a full refund. This can be issued either in the form of a Credit Note or Cash.

Credit Note Terms: All issued store credit notes are strictly valid for 3 months from their date of issuance.

Purchased from a Physical Store? For direct assistance and quick claim resolutions, please call the specific retail branch where your item was purchased. Our on-site retail teams are equipped to handle your case directly.
